Please read these terms carefully before using the ga777 platform. All guidelines related to accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

1 General Provisions

ga777 ("Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ga777 platform and all related services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction. This document is written in Bengali and that version is the final authoritative version.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the ga777 platform, the applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Accounts of underage persons will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

Accurate and truthful information must be provided during account registration. Registration with false or misleading information is prohibited. The following information is required for registration:

  • Full legal name (as per national ID card)
  • Active mobile number
  • Email address (where applicable)
  • Date of birth

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and funds forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification

ga777 reserves the right to verify an account holder's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID may be requested for verification. Failure to provide verification documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited.

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, immediately change your password from the ga777 Login page and notify our support team. You will be responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless it can be proven that there was a security failure on the platform's part.

  • Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols
  • Never share your account details with anyone
  • Always log out after using a public computer
  • Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved payment methods for depositing funds on the ga777 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — for each method.

You must use your own account when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal
  • Withdrawal may be delayed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
  • Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions
  • For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply

4.3 Currency for Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the current exchange rate will apply and a conversion fee may be included.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 (fifteen) times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotion can be claimed once only
  • Taking bonus benefits through multiple accounts is prohibited
  • ga777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
  • Betting with bonus funds may be restricted on certain games
  • If a technical error occurs in awarding a bonus, ga777 reserves the right to correct it
  • VIP members will receive weekly cashback from Bronze to Platinum level based on their tier

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

ga777 is committed to ensuring a fully fair and impartial gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that no game result is predetermined and that every bet has an equal chance.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

Game results are final and binding. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, ga777 reserves the right to cancel the game and return the wagered amount if necessary.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on various cricket, football, and kabaddi events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, and IPL. Specific rules for betting activities will be displayed on the relevant game page. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the applicable rules displayed for that bet will be followed.

6.4 Technical Issues

ga777 is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection or device-related issues. If a bet is not completed due to a network problem, the relevant funds will be returned to the account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

  • Conducting fraudulent or deceptive activities
  • Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games
  • Misusing bonus rules or engaging in bonus arbitrage
  • Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
  • Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
  • Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to ga777 systems
  • Dishonest collusion with other players
  • Spreading false information that damages the platform's reputation
  • Exploiting technical bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage

ga777 also reserves the right to report violations of these prohibitions to the relevant legal authorities.

8 Limitation of Liability

ga777 will not be liable for any financial or other loss in the following cases:

  • Loss caused by the user's own negligence or by a third party
  • Natural disasters, war, strikes, or force majeure events
  • Problems with internet service providers or technical failures by third parties
  • Cyber attacks or unauthorized third-party access (provided ga777 has taken reasonable security measures)
  • Loss caused by suspension of service due to a legal or regulatory directive

Where ga777 is held liable, the maximum limit of that liability will be restricted to the amount deposited in the user's account at the relevant time.

ga777 is a secure and reliable platform, operated with SSL encryption and fair play assurance. However, no platform can guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by ga777

ga777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
  • Discrepancies in identity verification or concealment of information
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Legal or regulatory directive

11.2 Closure by User

Any user may request closure of their account if they wish. To do so, contact the support team. All pending bets and withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

11.3 Fund Management

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, both deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. In the case of normal closure, available funds will be returned via an approved payment method.

12 Changes to Terms

ga777 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users in advance where possible.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to keep yourself updated on the Terms.
